KPI’s) • Logistics costs are reduced for 14% in the time of increase volume of loadings for 34% (e.g., at the cost of organization of combined transportations using specialized trucks, straight contracts with wagon owners, reducing loading time, delivery time, implementing of loading standards and routes planning procedures, shuttling). • Organizing of center for managing of wagons on plants (according to principle «one window24/7»). • Realization of concept “One team - many plants” (one center of logistic competencies for several plants). • Restructuring of logistic department (added specialization for transport type, geography of deliveries and realizing business processes.). • Business processes are described and optimized. • Controlling and managing processes of transportation fleets (own trucks and wagons) are automated.

Quantity of people in department: 52 Responsibilities: • Managing of material and transportation flows for CKD and SKD automobile production • Planning and budgeting process • SKD-warehousing and customs warehouse management • Dispatching of original spare parts and materials on central stock of spare parts • Managing of container terminal • Optimization of logistic processes and costs reducing. • Human resource management Achievements: 1) Provided stability and rhythm of deliveries of component parts for 2 plants of Volkswagen in Russia (32.000 TEU, 16.000 FTL per year); 2) Adjusted communication with internal/external partners-participants of supply chain 3) Created control center for managing of material and transportation flows for production sides in Russia (synchronization of train’s dispatches and arrivals on the European and Russian rail sides, reloading from broad and standard gauges and and vice versa). Responsible for communication between CKD-centers VW and Skoda, DB Schenker, Transcontainer, RZD and VW sides in Russia 4) Increased carrying capacity of container terminals at cost of processes optimization. 5) Created mechanism of permanent optimization and implementation of logistic processes on new production plants of Volkswagen/Skoda. 6) Restructured In-/Out bound logistics to coordination center. 7) Reducing of direct logistic costs for one of the latest transport projects was 1,5 million Euro per year.

Quantity of people in department: 21 Responsibilities: • Logistics support of the plant building (supply of equipment, tools, including customs clearance). • Demands planning configuration/formation of production plans, management of material flows. • Supply of raw and other materials for toll manufacturing under customs control: search for suppliers and new types of components, purchaising: RfP, RfQ, RfI, organization of tenders, negotiations on the terms of cooperation, development and coordination of logistics supply chains and schemes, placing and tracking orders, budget planning, organization and control of shipments. • In/- Outbound Logistic from/to Western Europe, Russia, Belarus. • Provided customs clearance procedures in the EU, Belarus, Russia. • Organization of the warehouses and operative warehouse management: calculation and planning of warehouse space, selection and installation of rack equipment, selection of loading and unloading equipment, development of schemes of goods placement, warehouse accounting, organization and control of movement of goods and materials, warehouse KPI’s. • Team building and managment. Achievements: 1) Procurement procedures are reorganized, optimization of traffic flows and planning of demand for materials. 2) The procedure of production planning was introduced. 3) Logistics support of changing production sites without stopping production. 4) Developed and successfully implemented a localization program for import components (the need is due to the requirements of the Free Economical Zone rules).
